How can I get to Rivendell from Tbilisi?
By car (follow google map), Those travelling by mini bus should get off at the Wissol Petrol Station before entering Borjomi, cross the bridge to Village Kvibisi and follow the yellow signs leading to the hotel. This walk should not take more than 10 minutes.
How can I get to Rivendell from Kutaisi?
By car (follow google map) or by mini bus (from Kutaisi Bus Station – limited buses). There is always a third option to take a mini bus till Khashuri city centre (almost every bus travelling from the west part of Georgia to the east passes through Khashuri) and then take another mini bus or taxi from Khashuri to Borjomi.

How long does it take to get from Rivendell to Borjomi city centre?
Up to 10 minutes' drive. You can get a taxi (costs GEL 5-6 and may be organised by the hotel) or use Borjomi bus service (GEL 0.5) that is available from 7.55 AM (from Kvibisi, departing from the village centre, 5 minute walk from the hotel) till 8.15 PM (from Borjomi, departing from the city centre) in every 30 minutes. Does Rivendell provide airport transfer?

Yes. All pets are allowed free of charge.
Do I need to pay extra for a child stay?
It depends. Children up to 5 years are welcome to stay free of charge. The same prices as for adults apply to the children older than 5 years.
Does Rivendell provide a parking space?
Yes, street parking is provided free of charge. There is no need to book the parking slot in advance. No cars are allowed on the hotel's premises.
What are the check in rules?
Check in is from 3PM till 10PM. The hotel does not have a 24 hour front desk – so any early or late check-in should be notified in advance.
When is the check out?
Check out is till 11AM. Late check out is subject to the room availability and should be discussed with us in advance.
Do I need to pay in advance and what are the payment methods supported?
No, you can pay at the hotel upon check in either via cash or credit/ debit card (Visa and Mastercard only).

Rivendell bar as well as the breakfast menu have both vegan and vegetarian options. We also offer gluten free food (to be requested in advance). We do not offer halal food as of now.
